Context
Two leading European vacation rental companies — Lucca Apartments & Villas
(300+ units, 20M€+ gross revenue) and Wengen Apartments (80 units, 5M€+ gross
revenue) — for a combined portfolio of 380+ managed units. I support both teams
on the digital, data and automation side of the business.
What I do
- Structure and enrich the databases behind both companies.
- Build dashboards and reporting that turn PMS/channel data into decisions.
- Build internal apps (AppSheet, Airtable) for operations, housekeeping and check-in.
- Develop websites and internal tools, shipped with GitHub, Vercel and Claude Code.
- Introduce agentic AI workflows and Apps Script automations to remove repetitive work.
- Advise on revenue, channel mix and OTA performance.
Outcome
- Single source of truth across two portfolios and 380+ units.
- Manual operational work replaced by automation and self-serve dashboards.
- Faster, data-backed pricing and channel decisions.
