Context
The Marina Militare Nastro Rosa Tour is an itinerant sailing event circumnavigating Italy, with
a travelling village that sets up and tears down at each stopover. I ran the logistics of moving
that village around the country.
What I did
- Planned and coordinated logistics for 8 stopovers in under 30 days.
- Managed transport, setup and teardown of the itinerant village at each port.
- Coordinated suppliers, local authorities and on-site crews.
- Handled sponsorship management for the tour.
Outcome
- 8 cities, <30 days — delivered on a tight, moving schedule.
- Smooth handovers between stopovers with no event downtime.
