I'm back with the company where I cut my teeth in property management, this time on the data side.
- Lead database enrichment — cleaning, structuring and enriching the property and guest data.
- Build the data layer and reporting that operations rely on day to day.
- Connect the dots between PMS, channels and internal tools.
Then — Revenue & Channels Manager (Jan 2017 — Jan 2019)
TriesteVillas is a property management company. I led revenue and channel management and
coordinated day-to-day rental operations across the portfolio.
- Owned revenue strategy — pricing, occupancy and length-of-stay optimization.
- Managed the channel mix across Airbnb, Booking, VRBO and direct.
- Ran rental operations end to end — bookings, check-in, housekeeping.
- Led a team of 10.
